Sir,
According to the Regulations of the Civil Service I have presented myself for medical examination in order to become member of a Life Insurance. I have however been declined. As such a case is not provided by the Regulations I beg to report the matter to you lest I might be accused of having broken the Regulations referring to the Life Insurance of Members of the Public Service.
I have the honor to be
Sir
your most humble Servant
G Renner
