TELEGRAMS O.H.M.S.
It is notified that all persons who have the privilege of transmitting, without charge,
Telegrams On Her Majesty's Service, should confine the subject-matter of such Telegrams
strictly to Government business connected with the service in which they are engaged.
Telegrams relating to domestic or private affairs (except such as it may be necessary
to forward to a Government Department in connexion with the sender's official position)
must be paid for as ordinary messages.
