I have the honor to solicit that you will be pleased to sanction the transfer of the
sum of Forty pounds (£40.) from the vote for "Paper for Lithograms" to the vote for
"Museum Material Stationery and Plants", to enable me to meet the necessary expenditure
under this head for the current financial year.

the transfer within applied for has been authorised by the Governor in Council'. M
