Indian and Colonial Exhibition, London, 1886. M's letter was referred to the Government Printer on 2 June 1885 minuted: 'To expedite matters'. A note indicates that the Printer replied on 5 June though without stating the nature of his response. The file was forwarded to M on 5 June minuted: 'For his information'. M acknowledged the minute on 9 June. M's suggestion was evidently approved, since the new edition was published later that year (B85.12.03). See also M to A. Deakin, 4 March 1886.
