I have the honor to inform you that your letters in reference to to
Mr Heuzenröder's Collection of Coins, were submitted to the Trustees at their last
meeting.

W. A. Horn purchased the whole of the collection and presented it to the Adelaide
Museum on condition that suitable space was provided (South Australian chronicle, 25 October 1890, p. 3); the Museum was not able to provide appropriate display space,
and the collection was transferred to the Art Gallery of SA, where it was unveiled
in October 1903 (Advertiser (Adelaide), 20 October 1903, p. 6).
In reply I am instructed to thank you for the offer, and to state that they decline
to purchase for the Museum
