Department, in which the title of the head of each department was entered as appropriate.

Memo
The Government Botanist is requested to furnish me with as little delay as possible
with a list of the officers (if any) in his Department whom he considers should be
specially exempted from the operation of the those clauses of the Public Service Regulations
which require officers to record the times of arrival at and departure from their
offices.
