Text written on a scrap of paper that presumably accompanied specimens sent to Nordstedt. Item is dated to 1885 as the earliest likely date it would have been written, it being likely that M began corresponding with Arthur Bennett in that year after Otto Tepper sent him specimens that Bennett had collected (see M to O. Tepper, 25 July 1885 (in this edition as 85-07-25b)).
