In accordance with your instructions I have the honor to report, that no personal changes have taken place in my department during the month of December, but that with your sanction Mr James Minchin, junior assistant in Museum, has received an increase to his pay of one shilling per diem since the 1st of this month.

I also beg to draw your attention to the fact that — as pointed out in my letter of 7th June
