Melbourne,
11. Sept. 1884.
The honorable Graham Berry, M.L.A.,
Chief Secretary.
I have the honor to solicit your permission to have the lithographic work done for
the volume on
, concerning which I submitted a proposition in a letter, dated 5 Oct. 1883.
If this meets with your favorable consideration, after you kindly caused the publishing
vote to be augmented by £200 this year, I would recommend, that the lithographic work
be carried out by the firm of Mess. Troedel & Coy at £2.10/- for each lithographic
plate, the same firm having also done the lithographic drawings for the Eucalyptography.
I would further beg permission, that the Government Printer may be allowed to do the
printing of the lithographies and of the text.
