My Dear Baron
I have been very ill since I saw you, and the consequence is, that the enclosed specimens
are the first I have collected this year. The country about Lammers Creek is somewhat
different from that towards Baw Baw
so that I took whatever was new to me. Some of the specimens are very imperfect,
however I shall visit it next season much earlier. I have been afraid to venture into
the moist gullies to collect Fungi as yet, but have planned for Coopers Creek for
next Saturday
