Letter not found. The text given here is from 'Notes of a case of chyluria', Australian medical journal, new series, vol. 15, August 1882, p. 343, in which Pincott included a reference
to a report of cases treated by 'a decoction of the mangrove bark (Rhizophora Racemosa)'. The case was presented at a meeting of the Medical Society of Victoria on 2 August
1882; the patient, whom Pincott first saw on 1 April, died on 20 April. The letter
is dated to April 1882 as the earliest that M could have supplied the information,
which is unlikely to have been done at a meeting.
