Best thanks, dear Mr Barnard, for kindly sending the new and valuable part of the
R. S. papers.
I have sent by this post already the copies, intended for Germany and Sweden. Let
me thank the Council for the goodness of conceding me some space for a new contribution
in your next issue; but I am still so much in arrear with my Departmental work since
the long Extraengagements for the International Exhibition,
that I cannot just now furnish an article. If mine could be accepted as the
last
for the new part, & you would kindly write me a
few weeks
prior to the actual publication of the same, I will gladly undertake to furnish my
quota.
