and in reply have to state that the Council will have great pleasure in adding another of your [in]valuable contributions to the Proceedings of this Society for 1881, which is just today going to the press.

B82.13.10 and B82.13.12 had been read at meetings on 19 May and 15 November 1881 respectively; B82.13.14, which is not indicated as having been read at a meeting, is presumably the new paper that M sent for publication.
By this present mail you will receive your copy of the Proceedings for 1880, which has just been published
