Allow me to ask you, dear Mr Kippist, whether an application form has reached you for the F.LS, for which honor I wished to propose Mr Charles Hugh Fawcett, now Member of the Legislative Assembly for the District of the Richmond River, Clarence River & Brunswick River, a very large electorate in N.S. Wales.
