your operators came across any Algae? In 1854 the late lamented Prof. Harvey by the aid of Mr Moore obtained several rare seaweeds in your Bay by dredging, including the .

Should any Algae turn up in your own marine searches, I should be greatly beholden to you, if you would allow their systematic elucidation to be effected through or by myself.
We are also as yet badly acquainted with the marine Monocotyledones (so called Sea grasses) of your Bay.
