Buchanan (1880). This work is a reissue of a folio size nature-printed edition, produced from photolithography of the original plates and printed at half natural size (p. iv). The full-size plates were issued from December 1877 (p. iii). M was sent a copy: see M to J. Hector, 9 April 1880.

Not in IPNI, but the name is used in Linnaea (1840), vol. 14, p. 194, in note 6 on recent literature.
