Letter not found. The text given here is extracted from a letter from Robert Muir to M. Fraser, 27 September 1879 (Colonial Secretary's Office, SDUR/M9/1024, State Records Office of Western Australia, Perth). The letter from M is dated to early September
as the latest that it could have been sent to Muir.

Muir continued 'Not having one I take the Liberty of applying to you for it'. Fraser minuted: 'It can be supplied but Mr. R. Muir must pay at usual rates'. No evidence has been found that M sent the sketch to a geographical journal.
