Pray do not hurry yourself with the specimens of the Polynesian plants, but keep them as long as you choose. I am now making arrangements for sending a collector on a cruise with the Commodore,

Acronychia

which does not appear to be described. The strong orange scent given off when the leaves are bruised, distinguishes it from the other species of the Genera with which I am acquainted.
