Sir,
I have the honor to acknowledge receipt of your communication of the 29th ultimo,
relative to the proposed planting of trees along the new Military road from Sandridge
to St Kilda, and beg to state that the land colored green on tracing, herewith,
will be enclosed with a picket fence, in the course of about six weeks, with a view
to its being planted during the ensuing planting season.
