to St Kilda, and beg to state that the land colored green on tracing, herewith,

will be enclosed with a picket fence, in the course of about six weeks, with a view to its being planted during the ensuing planting season.

Will you be good enough to intimate what amount of money you consider would be required to judiciously plant the land referred to during the present financial year.
