Sir,
Referring to the letter addressed hence to you on the 23rd September last,
I have the honor to inform you that, as the works in connection with the construction
of the Military road from Sandridge
to St Kilda are now proceeding, the Honorable the Minister of Lands and Agriculture
considers it advisable that arrangements should be made to effect some planting during
the ensuing season.
