Document is a circular letter sent to 13 heads of departments.
Sir,
I have the honor to bring under your notice that the Honorable the Treasurer has informed
the Chief Secretary that by an Order-in-Council the part of the Stores and Transport
Regulations of 1866 is cancelled which provides for the employment of an Inspector
of Stores and that Heads of Departments are in future to perform the duties which
hitherto devolved on that officer.
