dear Mr Wragge. It requires to know that both cards belong to you. It is kind of you to offer to dry plants for me, should you ever visit a locality in the backregions of India, known not to have been visited by botanists or collectors,

Presumably Wragge, who was in SA at this time, had indicated to M that he was thinking of going to India.
then pick up any plant, and send the parcels by post , the specimens closely packed and reduced to small flowering & fruiting branches, as advised in the enclosed circular.
