Sir,
I have the honor by direction to inform you that the Chief Secretary has been pleased
to appoint a Board consisting of the gentlemen named in the margin
to inquire into your present position in relation to your professional duties, with
the view to advise as to what alteration, if any, is necessary to afford you reasonable
