transmitting, for consideration, Rules and Regulations for the care, protection and management of the Royal Park, I have the honor to intimate that the same (as amended) have been made by the Board of Land and Works in accordance with Section 108 of the Land Act 1869.

The Regulations (two copies of which I enclose) having been published in the Government Gazette of the 23rd idem

should now be posted in some conspicuous place in the Park (vide Sec 108)
