which conveys the information of the favorable concessions made by the Honorable the Minister of the Lands Department to the Trustees of the Royal Park and I shall not fail to place this communication before my colleagues at an early date.

The next meeting of the Trustees was not held until 30 January 1877, when a letter from Archer was read presenting the Crown grant of Royal Park to the Trustees.
