The file contains a minute in an unknown hand: 'The [Director] suggests that the Libraries
shd be asked if the sets already sent have been [turned] to useful account as a 3d
set is ready which will be placed at their disposal on application and that they shd
not receive this unless they ask for it'. There are also notes, 'I thought fascicles
1 & 2 had been issued' and, in the same hand but separated from this by a line, 'I
have informed the Dpt but it is scarcely [...]'; the remainder of the second note
is missing.
The cover sheet has further notes as follows: 'Requisition to Printer 26 - 8/76';
'Circlat. Libs.'; '50 copies of Pt III'; 'Circ. to Libraries &c 31-8-76'; and 'Botanical
