Will you please tell me the name of the fern of which I enclose spore cases. It is a tree-fern — grows in running water — fronds (hairy base) 6 or 7 ft long, with short stem of two or three ft: grows in granite ranges near Avenel.
Please inform me too if I may trouble you in this way for information when I come across a strange plant.
