Ich möchte Sie bitten, edler Freund, mich über einen Zweifel bezüglich Ihrer
Pomaderris obcordata

Search for Pomaderris obcordata in

gütig belehren zu wollen. Ist die von mir abgebildete Pflanze (Lithogr. tab 22) mit Ihrer einerlei? Sie geben in pl. Huegeli keine petala an; auch ich fand keine. Dr Reisseck (Linnaea XXIX) scheint petala gesehen zu haben. Vielleicht erklärt sich dieser Widerspruch dadurch, dass eine von mir neulich beschriebene Art (P. Forrestiana, Fragm. vol. IX p. 139) mit P. obcordata von Reisseck verbunden sein mag, zumal da beide ähnlich sind und der "Great Bight" angehören.

I did not find any either. Dr Reisseck (Linnaea XXIX)

seems to have seen some. Perhaps the contradiction can be explained in that a species recently newly described by me (P. Forrestiana, Fragmenta, vol. IX, p. 139)
