Note in M's hand stamped 'ex COLL CESATI'. The collection also includes an envelope, similarly stamped 'ex COLL CESATI', that has been franked 'CHIEF SECRETARY VICTORIA' and stamped 'MELBOURNE | 6 D | SE 8 | 74' and, on the reverse, '22 OTT 74'. The note has been dated on the basis of the envelope, but it is possible that the two are not related. The envelope is addressed as shown.
