Presumably the first Friday following 29 June, which was a Monday; hence 3 July.
I got your letter of the 29 Jun.,
dear Mr. Ware, concerning the books for America, but the requisition has not come
back to me, nor does it appear, that it reached the printing office. Should it have gone astray I can send an other; or to save time you might perhaps
kindly forward a note direct across to Mr. Ferres. If you cause the volumes to be
delivered at my town-adress, Argus Hotel, I will write the directions on them and
send the whole to the C.S. Office for transmission as requested.

T. Ware to M, 29 June 1874, in this edition as 74-06-29a.
Pray pass kindly also the requisition for a copy of vol. VI of the "Flora",
wanted at this office (in the Hotel!).
3
Bentham (1863-78), vol. 6.
Regardfully your
Ferd. von Mueller.
