In reply to your letter just received, dear Mr Power, I beg to say that I would be very happy to confer with the committee of which you are honorary secretary; but I believe that it would be best for the deputation to attend on the committee of Trustees of the Royal Park at their next meeting. Accordingly I have forwarded your letter to the chairman of the Trustees, the Hon. T. Sumner, for expression of his views.
