I have only just seen the sixth vol. of the Fl. Australiensis: as to the irritability of Arthrochilus, a better if later name than Drakaea, I can only say I have tried many of the flowers, & can detect very little or no true irritability, though the [bruneus]

Named by M in B65.07.03, reputedly to honour Rebecca Nordt (Maroske (1997) ) . No use of a different name before 1 929 has been found (APNI, accessed 23 June 2023); it is recognised as a good species in Bentham 1863-78), vol. 7 (1878) p. 710 , and is listed in B89.12 . 03.
