I beg leave to enclose portion of a plant by which two valuable horses, the property of Mr William Murrell late of Inverleigh, were poisoned at Rochester within the last fortnight.

Mr Murrell sent the enclosed to his brother Mr Findon Murrell of this place from whom I received it.
