I have the honor, by direction of the Chief Secretary, to transmit herewith the document noted in the margin,

Marginal annotation: 'Flora Sylvatica part 27'. A second copy was forwarded to the Minister of Agriculture on the same day. Beddome (1869-74); Turner (2012), p. 303, reports that part 27 is dated 1873, but it was received in Melbourne before his 'Earliest confirmed date', October 1873.
