Herr Baron,
On behalf of the Council of the City of Melbourne I have the honor to ask that in
the event of your having at disposal trees for planting in public parks and gardens
you will be so good as to favor the Council with such number as you may be able to
spare for planting in Carlton Gardens.
The kinds which would be most acceptable are the Cedrus, Pinus insignis, and if any available Araucaria excelsa.
