I have the honor to submit to you for your favorable consideration the desirability that now, after the first half of the financial year has passed, half the sum available as reward to orphanboys, engaged here, namely £22.15/— according to the original estimate (vide also my letter of 11/12/72), be placed at the disposal of the Inspector of Industrial Schools, for distribution amongst the boys engaged here, and that the sum thus disbursed may be placed to the credit of the individual boys at the Savings Bank.
