By direction of the Honorable the Commissioner of Crown Lands and Survey, I have the
honor to enclose herewith copy of letter from the Inspector of State Forests, and
to request you to transfer the plants specified therein to him as soon as he reports
that the Nursery grounds at Macedon are ready for their reception.
