Sir,
By direction of the Borough Council of East Collingwood I have the honor respectfully
to enquire whether a supply of plants and shrubs can be obtained from the Botanical
Gardens, for the purpose of planting the different public parks and reserves within
the Borough.
The bearer Mr Sullivan will be able to give any information as to the Reserves and
kind of plant which are desired. I might also be permitted to remind you that none
have been received for the past three or four years.
