I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of Vol VII of your Fragmenta

B72.02.08.

in duplicate which you kindly forwarded with your letter of the 18th Ultimo, and I have great pleasure in transmitting the copies of the Catalogue of the New Zealand Fishes, in accordance with your request.

Hutton (1872) and Hector (1872), requested in M to J. Hector, 18 June 1872.

Of the Fragmenta we are in possession of Vol IV a single copy, vol. V in duplicate, and Vol. VII in duplicate. If you could possibly supply the other volumes in order that we may have the work complete from the first I would feel greatly obliged to you.
