By direction of the Borough Council of Warrnambool I have the honor again to beg you to be good enough to supply them with whatever plants you can spare for the use of the Botanical Gardens in this borough.
Mr. D. Maclean, a member of the Council, will present this to you and will inform you as to the nature of the shrubs etc and will also make all necessary arrangements for safely forwarding them down.
