It affords me much pleasure, dear Mr Fletcher, to introduce to you Mr Homeyer, a Gentleman,
who was educated as a Horticulturist at one of the best school for Gardening in Prussia.
Mr Homeyer is anxious to obtain the Curatorship of your public garden, and I feel
convinced that, if the Sandhurst
Council will entrust to him the Administration of its Gardenground, you will gain
the services of a zealous and enlightened man.
