I have the honor to submit for your favorable consideration, the propriety of distribution
from the botanic Garden fresh seeds of the Jute, the Sunn and the Sesam
for test culture in the warmer parts of this colony, and solicit that the following
notice
may appear in the Gov. Gazette.
