Wiederum sende ich Ihnen, edler Herr, einige Sorten Baumsamen, welche Ihnen für die Culturversuche in den wärmern Gegenden Dalmatiens willkommen sein möchten. Das Packet ist mit der diesmaligen Monatspost abgegangen.

Sr Excellenz der Feldmarschall Lieut. Hr. Baron Jochmus von Cotignola hat mich zum weitern Senden ermuntert, u. bemerkt in seinem letzt monatlichen Briefe, dass der Rücktritt des Ministers von Schaefle diese im Ministerium des Handels u Ackerbaus eingeleitete Angelegenheit in ihrer Entwicklung nicht stören würde.

Im Augenblick bin ich nicht ganz wohl. So bitte ich die Kürze dieses Schreibens gütig hinnehmen zu wollen.

would not disrupt this matter, initiated by the Ministry for Trade and Agriculture, in its further development.

At present I am not very well. Consequently I ask you to be so kind and accept the brevity of this letter.

In a letter of 22 February 1872, William Woolls alerted Edward Ramsay to a review of the complete volume in Sydney morning herald, 22 February 1872, p. 3 (ML MSS.563/3 E. P. Ramsay papers, Mitchell Library, State Library of New South Wales, Sydney). Although the review is unsigned, it is almost certainy by Woolls.
