Seit ich zuletzt schrieb habe ich ausser lebenden Stämmen von auch noch frische Stämme von

Dicksonia	squarrosa

erlangt aus Neu Seeland. Wenn Sie sich freundlich bald mit meinen Agenten Mess. Blackith & Co, Coxs Quay, Thames Street London in Verbindung setzen, so könnten Sie von jeder Art einen Stamm als Prival Geschenk von mir sichern. Die Abfahrt der Niagra hat sich bis zu dieser Woche verzögert.

Enclosed, noble Sir, I am sending you a few seaweeds from Port Denison,

Qld. Specimens collected by F. Kilner. Agardh (1873-90), part 1, cites several Kilner specimens he has seen, for example Caulerpa kilneri (p. 43), from 'White (sic) Sunday Island Novae Hollandiae calidiorem', and C. falcifolia (p.16) from 'Port Denison'; others are less specific, for example, 'ad oras boreali-orientales Novae Hollandiae ' (p. 15).
