This day, dear Mr Fitzgibbon, I had a look on the willows along the Yarra at the Corporation Side of the River. They require much to be tied back to the land-side; also some need pruning, to prevent them to impede or even endanger the boat-passage. Can not a Corporation man be sent over here to look after this?
