I have the honor to solicit, that you will be pleased to sanction the transfer of the sum of £25.- .- (Twenty five pounds) from the vote for the purchase of Museum material &c, now under authority No 623, to the vote for Stores, to enable me to defray unavoidable expenses for tools, coal &c, and place this sum at my disposal for disbursement.
