With a view to obviate delay in answering questions in the Legislative Assembly relating to Departments under the Honble the Chief Secretary I am directed to remind you of the necessity of making an examination of the Notice Paper during the Session and furnishing replies to such questions on it as may have reference to your Department early in the [Session] without official application from this office.
