Memorandum
The Chief Secretary requests that Heads of Departments and others will afford every
facility to his Excellency Field Marshal Baron Jochmus von Cotignola on presentation
of this document to inspect the departments &c under their control and will also render
His Excellency every assistance in their power in obtaining information concerning
the public Institutions of the Colony.
