In reply to your letter of the 18th of March last
I am requested by H. E. the Govr.
to inform you that the supply of plants therein indicated will be very thankfully
received by the Royal Society of this Colony and arrangements made for their distribution
& culture in suitable localities.

The plants in the first instance will be taken charge of by Mr Abbott of the Royal
Soy
Gardens in whose judgement as regards their ultimate disposition H. E's Advisers
