Allow me to remind you, dear Mr. Odgers, that the boys

i.e. from the Industrial Schools. M's letter was referred to the Inspector of Industrial Schools, George O. Duncan, who replied on 14 May 1870 'the boys will be down on Saturday next'. See also M to W. Odgers, 17 May 1870.
